• Rumber floors can be mounted either perpendicular or parallel to the long axis of the trailer.
• Start by inserting 2 (3) screws in each end of the board one inch from the edge.
• Insert 2 (3) screws in each crossmember one inch from the edge.
• It is important to leave a 3/16” to 1/2” gap from each end of the frame.
• *T-rail system is used on trailers with a maximum of 24” centers. Use 1 1/2”x 1 1/2” x 1/4” angle iron. Weld angle iron to crossmembers to form the T-rail. Every 24" to 36" spot weld on top of the T-rail for strength. Place the boards inside the T-rail and fasten.
• Select different board widths to avoid ripping.
• Counter sink all screws.
